Our Process is Simple
At Next Level Fence, we believe installing a new fence should be simple, transparent, and worry-free. That’s why we’ve designed a straightforward process that keeps you informed every step of the way.
Here’s what to expect
1. Get Your Quote
Start with our instant fence estimator tool to confirm your project fits your budget.
We’ll then call you to schedule a free on-site estimate where we’ll review your yard, answer your questions, and finalize your proposal.
This step makes sure everything is clear and accurate before work begins.

2. Reserve Your Spot
To secure your place in our project queue, simply sign the proposal and mail your deposit check to our Whitman office at:
📍 804 Washington Street, Whitman, MA 02382Once your deposit is received, your project is officially scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Along the way, our team will communicate regularly with you about your estimated wait time and projected start date.
⚠️ Please note: While we do our best to stay on schedule, project start dates may shift due to weather, material delivery delays, or other unforeseen factors. We promise to keep you updated if changes occur.

3. Installation
When your project reaches the top of our queue, we’ll give you a call to confirm your start date and final details.
Our fully insured installation team works Monday–Friday from 7 AM–4 PM and Saturdays 7 AM–12 PM as needed until your project is complete.
Once finished, final payment is due. Then it’s time to step back, admire your new fence, and enjoy the privacy, protection, and curb appeal it provides.
